What are the advantages of ownership?
Your villa is your home on the sea. Provided you follow the ship’s regulations your villa is yours to decorate any way you wish. You may rent or allow guests to stay in your villa at no cost while you’re away. Unlike segment pricing, maintenance fees for owners are guaranteed at a fixed price for the life of the vessel.
Residential Reselling and Buyback Guarantee

What if I’m off the ship for longer periods of time?
If you’re off ship for longer than 3 months at a time (full segments, notified at least 1 month in advance) and choose to offer your villa to market VVRI will make its best efforts to sell the segment(s) and will profit share with the owner in a 50/50 split.
