About This Villa
Hello future friends and neighbors, Why choose this villa? No shared walls. Not on either side, not above, not below, not behind. This is one of the only villas on the ship where nobody's on the other side of your wall, and once you've lived that way at sea, it's hard to go back. And the neighbors you do have, across the hall and down the corridor, are the best on the ship. Quiet corridor, great company, and nobody complains about service. I'm heading inland for a while to places a ship can't reach, so my villa is open for someone else to enjoy. I lived in it full time and rebuilt it from the ground up for working and living at sea. Honestly, I think it's the best villa aboard, and I'd love for it to go to someone who'll enjoy it as much as I have. Built for people who work. A 48 inch 4K monitor on an ergonomic desk, with its own Apple TV so you can cast your laptop in one tap. A second Apple TV on the 43 inch LG smart TV. Ink jet office printer scanner combination. 11 power outlets (6 US, 5 EU), more than any cabin I've seen aboard, plus charging ports on both sides of the bed, which most cabins don't have. Great Internet. No window means no glare on your screens, ever. Sleep on your own schedule. Working US hours from Asia? Night shift for a client in Europe? This room goes completely dark, so you can sleep through midday as easily as midnight. The AC keeps it cool and steady with no sun beating through glass, so the room stays comfortable all day. Smart lighting that does it all. Bright as daylight for work, dimmed down for a party, set to movie mode for the TV, and on a schedule to wake you up gently or wind you down to sleep. All from your phone. A big, seriously sturdy bed. Two heavy duty steel frames joined into one, no riser blocks, no wobble, no creaks no gap. Whatever your evenings look like, this bed can handle it. It's topped with a cooling memory foam topper and a lighter cooling duvet so you sleep cool even in the tropics. Make it yours. Fully magnetic walls, so you can hang photos, hooks, and gear anywhere and move it all whenever you like. Huge under bed storage for suitcases and gear. Right where you want to be. Deck 6 is the deck I'd pick every time. The exterior stairwell is steps away when you want fresh air out on the promenade, and the elevators are close by for heading down to Deck 2 for events. About 143 square feet by my own measurement, among the largest inside villas aboard. Solo, it's a private retreat with a real office. As a couple, there's room for two to work, relax, and sleep well without stepping on each other. Either way, it's ready the day you board.
