What are the advantages of ownership?
Your monthly fees are fixed for the entire duration of your ownership while segment prices for villas will increase over time.Â
Ownership means you never pay for segments. All segments are open to you for the lifetime of the ship.Â
When calculating the extended duration of a stay (as an example for one year or more at a time) the cost advantage of ownership is obvious. Should you be considering living onboard for the duration of one circumnavigation consider the ownership program.Â
Ownership is guaranteed by VVRI for a minimum of 15 years (4+ circumnavigations) however your ownership is valid for the operational life of the ship.
Your Villa can be leased or sold at any time by you (or VVRI if you would like us to help you lease or sell your Villa) with the potential of receiving a net return on your investment.
Will the monthly fees increase?
No. The monthly fees will never increase.
How much can I save by owning a residence?
- Monthly maintenance fees are fixed for the life of the ship while segment prices will increase. The longer you own your residence, the greater the pricing disparity will become.Â
- Your villa is an asset which may increase in value over time. Villas can be resold or rented whenever you wish.
