What is the 5-Year Ownership Plan?
It is a limited-term ownership option that allows you to own a private villa aboard Villa Vie Odyssey for five full years. Enjoy world travel to 140+ countries and 425+ destinations while living with all the comforts of home on board the ship.
How much does it cost?
Pricing begins at $49,999 for inside villas. Oceanview, balcony, and suite residences are available at higher tiers depending on location and size.
What is included?
Your 5-Year Ownership includes:

- Full board dining
- Complimentary beer & wine at lunch and dinner
- Housekeeping, laundry & concierge services

Do I receive Friends & Family privileges?
Yes. Owners may invite friends and family to join aboard the ship during their ownership period, subject to availability and standard guest policies.
Can I sell or transfer my villa before the five years end?
Yes. You may sell, gift, or transfer your villa at any time during your ownership. You may also upgrade into a lifetime program such as Endless Horizons, Golden Passport, or full-time cabin ownership.
What happens after five years?
At the end of your term, you may:
- Renew for another 5 years
- Upgrade to lifetime ownership
- Conclude your ownership
Do I pay monthly fees?
Yes. Monthly residential fees cover your all-inclusive onboard lifestyle — meals, housekeeping, laundry, Wi-Fi, healthcare access, entertainment, and more. These fees are locked for your entire 5-year term.
