Our villas provide furnished rooms, en-suite bathrooms, storage, a safe, room service, workspace, Internet, TV, climate control, mini fridge, medical support, and weekly housekeeping and laundry services.

Personalize your sea villa: as an owner, paint walls and hang pictures within ship safety regulations, enjoying total freedom to decorate as you wish.

Villas come with free weekly cleaning and laundry service; an extra laundry area and additional paid services are available if needed.

Every villa is designed for long-term sea living, offering extensive storage options like wardrobes, cabinets, drawers, shelves, and under-bed space for capacity and convenience.

Your Villa can be leased or sold privately at any time by you with the potential of receiving a net return on your investment.

Your villa is your home on the sea.  Provided you follow the ship’s regulations your villa is yours to decorate the way you wish.  Your guests can stay in your villa at no cost while you’re away.  Any guests that stay in your villa with you pay only $33/day. *Maximum of 3 persons per Villa including owner.

Other ownership benefits:

  • Your monthly fees are fixed for the entire duration of your ownership while segment prices for villas will increase over time. 
  • Ownership means you never pay for segments.  All segments are open to you for the lifetime of the ship. 
  • When calculating the extended duration of a stay (as an example for one year or more at a time) the cost advantage of ownership is obvious.  Should you be considering living onboard for the duration of one circumnavigation consider the ownership program. 
  • Ownership is guaranteed by VVRI for a minimum of 15 years (4+ circumnavigations) however your ownership is valid for the operational life of the ship.
  • Your Villa can be leased or sold at any time by you (or VVRI if you would like us to help you lease or sell your Villa) with the potential of receiving a net return on your investment.

No. The monthly fees will never increase.

  1. Monthly maintenance fees are fixed for the life of the ship while segment prices will increase. The longer you own your residence, the greater the pricing disparity will become. 
  2. Your villa is an asset which may increase in value over time. Villas can resold or rented  whenever you wish.
